General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to individual or couples’ sex therapy sessions by video conference call.

Booking and Payment Procedures

To book a session, use the appointment link on Calendly or contact me directly. A confirmation is sent by email. Payment is made online via bank transfer. Bank details are provided on the invoice sent after the session.

Prices are listed in euros, including all taxes at the time of payment (TTC).

Cancellation and Changes

Any session canceled less than 48 hours in advance is due in full, except in cases of emergency.

If a client is late or fails to attend without prior notice, the session cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

If Amanda Garrison is unable to attend, the session will be rescheduled at no charge.

Terms of Use and Liability

The consultations and programs offered are in no way a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

They are part of a process of personal and relational support.

Each client remains responsible for their own journey, choices, and commitment.

Confidentiality and Professional Ethics

Amanda Garrison is committed to upholding professional confidentiality, the privacy of all exchanges, and a compassionate, non-judgmental ethical approach.

Information shared during sessions or in online spaces is strictly confidential and will never be used for any other purpose.

Personal Data

The data collected (name, email) is used solely for administrative purposes and to ensure the smooth delivery of support services.
